Attention all:

Today (April 29, 2016) Perfect Home Theater has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire VidaBox LLC’s Media Systems division. 
The VidaBox Media Systems division will be rebranded under Perfect Home Theater’s own name, with all future service and support available via Perfect Home Theater, ensuring a smooth transition for existing clients.  For existing dealers and resellers, Perfect Home Theater will be releasing a new line of products called “PerfectNAS” and “PerfectPlayer,” which are functionally the same as VidaBox Media Systems’ LiivNAS and LiivStreamer, complete with familiar features like “Drop-n-Rip Archiving” with movie and music playback.

Attention Greece customers:

Please consider USPS as the only shipping option to Greece.  UPS charges horrendous fees.

Attention Canadian customers:

Please order shipping by USPS instead of UPS.  UPS charges "brokerage fees" so total shipping is higheer than USPS.  If you order shipping by UPS I will ship by UPS.

Attention European customers:

Please consider USPS as another shipping option to UPS.  It is less expensive and you may avoid VAT

Attention Russian Federation customers:

When you order from us, please chose Express Mail® International as a shipping option.  Only Express Mail® International is traceable. Priority Mail® International is not, so we will not ship Priority Mail® International to Russia unless you take a risk of loss.

Please consider shipping agencies in the USA as well.  There are some in Boston and NY.

Shipping priority (If I am not traveling):

Orders with UPS shipping request are shipped the same day.
FedEx and USPS are shipped next day. They don't accept the same day pickup.

Attention all:

  1. According to our agreement with WireWorld, we can ship WireWorld cables to the USA location only.  Please contact WW distributors or resellers in your country for purchasing.
  2. We ship all chassis - Worldwide. 
  3. According to our agreement with Opalum, we can ship Opalum speakers to the USA location only.  Please contact Opalum distributors or resellers in your country for purchasing.
  4. Sorry guys, but I don’t have time to guide you step by step how to build computer or HTPC. Please contact your friends.
  5. We will provide technical support for products sold by Perfect Home Theater, but please read all information under “Technical support” section first, before calling us.

Our cooperation with Fabacom/Streacom has been terminated.  For technical support please contact manufacturer: Wesena.com.  We honor warranty for all chassis sold by PHT and we will provide replacement parts in the future.

Short pipes for PHT FLM and FLS chassis and Streacom FC chassis are in stock, so chassis are compatible with ASRock ITX motherboards.

I am receiving e-mails with questions why the same looking chassis have different model numbers.

Wesena started manufacturing chassis under their own name couple years ago.  Two years ago Wesena in partnership with Streacom added fanless chassis to their line under Streacom brand known as FC series.  Later, Wesena made some their own ITX models under Streacom brand, named F*C.
They also made some models under Wesena brand but named in Streacom style – F*C to make it more complicated.  So you can see the same chassis labeled as Wesena ITX2 or Streacom F1C or Wesena F1C!

Last spring several people left Wesena (including the designer and General Manager), started their own companies and build the same chassis under the PHT brand, so - right now - there are identical or almost identical chassis under PHT, Streacom and Wesena brands.
