Before you buy components for your case, check  if your components will fit. 
I am providing some information about compatible motherboards and warnings about motherboards in conflict with Wesena chassis on this page, including information and warnings from our clients.

So:

ITX6 and ITX7

Both chassis have blades/bracket for 3.5" Hard Drive.  Some motherboards are have 24 pin power plug under one of blades, so PSU will conflict with one blade even if you don't install 3.5" HD.

You can bend one blade if you don't install 3.5" HD to eliminate this conflict.
